An exceptional staying experience never like before, the location is a perfect spot in Beirut, the staff is fantastic; every individual made us feel like it's our own home, the facilities are super comfort and easy to reach and use, the electricity is 24/7, the breakfast was fancy, the duvets are super clean, the reception and farewell made us feel like we're one family, the prices are super suitable for what we experienced, we're very willing to re-visit this property.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Beirut and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional, specially from Amira and Ayman at the front desk. who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and the cleanliness was impeccable. the location is perfect, offering easy access to many key attractiones, and the comfort of the room made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the service was first class and certainly value for money. It all started when Ayman welcomed us and helped upgrade my room and prepare it for my wedding night. The rest of the staff were just as amazing in helping me and my family settle. We felt welcomed, valued and looked after in each and every day.

Spacious suites. Free upgrade for one of the two junior suites to executive suite. Helpful staff, especially Amira, who helped us to arrange tours, book a car and lunch.

The Hotel is in good location and has very friendly personnel and staff across all departments. All important services are available and are working well: Airport transfer arranged both ways. Had some in room service. The Hotel is a bit old but clean and tighty maintained. Special thanks to Amira.

The hotel is at a very nice part of the city (Raouche). The building is new and well preserved. The rooms are large and well equipped, with comfortable bed. The personnel was very polite and always helpful for my inquiries, including for booking a taxi from/to the airport. The lobby and the common spaces at ground floor are comfortable and nicely decorated.

Location was amazing, there are many famous restaurants around that offer tasty Arabian and Lebanese food. The staff was very helpful and gave recommedations about good places and markets to visit. What i liked most was there free service to bring the breakfast to the rooms, they responded quickly and gave nice impression about the hotel.
